THE FOUNDERS STORY
It Started With Her...
Our founder, Suga-T Stevens was able to turn it all around and wants to help others do the same. While navigating through many hardships that come with being a young black woman in America. Suga-T was able to persevere through low self-esteem, risky teen behavior, teen-parenting and shortly thereafter, grand parenting. Suga-T overcame domestic abuse, as well as other obstacles and became one of our generations most influential and innovative influencers, globally. Her presence in the entertainment, business and social community still reaches far. Suga-T learned that in order to change her life for the better, one has to take the good with the bad and work with what you have to gain more. She stands on the principals that knowledge is power, even to the point of at one time sacrificing a successful career to gain more knowledge up to a Double Masters Degree and to become a better role model, for her children, peers and fans. She understood that her victory would entail sacrifice. Suga-T knew she would need to embrace and accept the entirety of her circumstances, the triumphs and the pitfalls, in order to improve the totality of her life. She knew to never stop, to never give up on herself, no matter what things looked like on the outside and to do so with poise and grace. She worked it well. Ms. Stevens is passionate toward broken souls, looking to enhance their lives. She believes in helping people harness their creativity and personal development, while offering her supportive services to the educational and entrepreneurial pursuits of others. For over 25 years, Ms. Stevens has aided those who have walked a similar path as she. She uses her life experience and her brand to help in the transformation of community, businesses and individuals.
